Terms of Early Bird Bonus:
- Applicable for confirmed booking of X'mas 08 and New Year 09 menus only
- Not applicable with other promotions or gift vouchers.
Terms and Conditions of Order
Applicable to all orders with full set up (x'mas and non-xmas menus) for events from 12th Dec 08 to 1st Jan 09.
Menu Availability
- X'mas & New Year Menus are available from 12th Dec 08 to 1st Jan 09
- 19th to 26th December 08 -- strictly only serving x'mas 08 menus.
- Except for 19th and 24th Dec, alternative non-xmas menus will be December Special or standard menus from $20/pax. Standard menu orders will incur a surcharge of $5/pax
Menu Change
- $3 per person surcharge shall be imposed on order below the minimum quantity of 30 pax. Lowest minimum pax is 25.
- An administration charge of $30 will levied on any changes to menu or headcount three (03) days before the event date.
Package Includes
- Complete setup with warmers for hot dishes on tables with skirting and buffet presentation
- Provision of required disposable dinning wares, serviettes and trash bags
- Melamine dinning wares are available at $3/pax
- Porcelain dinning wares are available at $5/pax
Duration
- Three (3) hours maximum per order/event.
Transport Charge
- $50 + 7% GST (waived for order of 150 pax and above)
Late Collection Surcharge
- $80 applies after 10.30pm and before 12am
- Incremental $20/hour applies after 12am
Service Staff & Chef Booking
- Service staff @ $80 each (4 hours duration, before 10.30pm)
- Incremental charge for service staff @$20 per hour (after 10.30pm)
- Chef @ $150 each (4 hours duration, before 10.30pm)
- Incremental charge for chef @ $25 per hour (after 10.30pm, before 12am)
Event Set-Up
- Events on 19th, 21st, 22nd , 23rd, 24th and 25th Dec will require pre-setup of at least 1 day before.
Payment Terms
- Non-refundable deposit of $300 upon booking of xmas and non-xmas menus (for order below $1000). For order above $1000, non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
- Deposit must be received before 5th December 08 (to qualify for discount) and 10 working days before event date to confirm order.
- Balance payment upon food delivery. Payment by credit card must be made 3 days in advance of event date.
Others
- Prevailing GST is chargeable on total invoice amount.
- All orders regardless of menu types are subject to the above terms of order.
- Q'zin shall not be liable for any damage caused during and at the function.
- Q'zin shall not be deemed as confirmed upon receipt of non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation or Postponement Charge
- 70% of the total order amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
received 10 or less working days before event date.
- 100% of the total order amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
received 7 or less working days before event date.
