- Applicable for confirmed booking (with non-refundable deposit for order of CNY Reunion Set or Buffet menus only)
- Not applicable with other promotions or gift vouchers.
Terms and Conditions of Order
Menu Availability
- CNY Menus are available from 1st February to 28th February 2010
- 11th February to 21st February 2010 (closed on 14th to 18th February 2010): Only Cny Menus will be served during the periods.
- 13th February (CNY eve) Delivery timings for reunion set: Lunch - between 10am to 1pm / Dinner - between 4pm to 5.30pm
- 13th February (CNY eve) Delivery timings for buffet: For lunch - Last clearing time is 2.00pm (Maximum is 3 hours Duration)
- For Dinner - Setup lastest by 5.30pm, Clearing at 9.30pm (Maximum is 3 hours Duration)
Menu Change
- $3 per person surcharge shall be imposed on order below the minimum quantity. Lowest minimum is 25.
- $5 per person surcharge shall be imposed for order of our standard menus (min $15/pax) during periods: 11th February to 21st February
Package Includes
- Complete setup with warmers for hot dishes on tables with skirting
- Display of Chinese New Year themed table presentation
- Display of halal certificate and food tags
- Provision of full set of disposables and serviettes
Duration
- Three (3) hours maximum per order/event.
Transport Charge
- $50 + 7% GST (waived for order of 100 pax and above)
Late Collection Surcharge
- $80 applies after 10.30pm and before 12am
- Incremental $20/hour applies after 12am
Service Staff & Chef Booking
- Service staff @ $100 each (3 hours duration, before 10.30pm)
- Incremental charge for service staff @ $25 per hour
- Chef @ $150 each (3 hours duration, before 10.30pm)
- Incremental charge for chef @ $25 per hour
Event Set-Up
- Events on 5th, 12th and 13th February will require pre-setup of at least 1 day before.
Payment Terms
- Non-refundable deposit of $100 upon booking of cny Reunion Set and $300 for cny Buffet menus. For order above $1000, non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
- Deposit must be received before 25th January 10 (to qualify for early bird bonus) and 10 working days before event date to confirm order.
- Balance payment upon food delivery.
Others
- Prevailing GST is chargeable on total invoice amount.
- All orders regardless of menu types are subject to the above terms of order.
Cancellation or Postponement Charge
- 50% of total invoice amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
received 10 or less working days before event date.
- 100% of total invoice amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
received 4 or less working days before event date.
